Article XII. [FINAL RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY]

As specifically set forth in some of the amendments included in this Section 2 [these regulations], the City Council has final responsibility and authority in all matters related to subdivisions, inasmuch as the City Council is the zoning authority for the City of Bloomfield. The Planning Commission serves in an advisory capacity to the City Council.
